Yes, we only offer trade accounts and trade credit accounts. For trade credit accounts you will be asked to fill out a credit application form and we will come back to you with our decision. Trade accounts are generally processed within 24 hours and your discount applied.

You must sign for the delivery and mark the goods as damaged on the driver’s manifest, you are allowed up to 15 minutes to check goods over. If the item has been damaged and you have not marked the item as damaged, a claim cannot be processed and, in these circumstances, ARB cannot be held liable for the cost of replacement goods/services. You must inform us immediately of this by email or phone of any damaged goods.

Our manufacturing partners offer a warranty for their products, we offer a pass-through warranty which they will deal with directly on most occasions. If you are unsure how warranty claims are to be handled or who to contact, then please contact your sales account manager.
